The Fairway Village Homeowners Association serves all residents within its community, with membership required for all homeowners. The Association is responsible for maintaining the clubhouse, golf course, and other shared spaces, while also upholding community standards to protect property values. Funded by annual dues, the Association ensures the upkeep of common areas and supports staff operations. Residents are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the community’s Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&Rs), Bylaws, and the Property Improvement and Maintenance Manual.

Governed by a seven-member, resident-elected Board of Directors, the Association promotes transparency by holding open board meetings, except for executive sessions addressing sensitive matters. Numerous committees advise the Board, and residents are encouraged to participate in both governance and the community’s many clubs and social activities. Fairway Village offers a welcoming environment with ample opportunities for involvement and connection.
